The first month, I had an additional $150 of data usage on my bill which they credited back. The next month $146 was charged, which I contested as well. It's rediculous that they claim unlimited, and then impose such a small cap on the connection. This is an outright price gouge to their customers. The number of 5GB was chosen carefully, a number they fealt like they could get away with, but still billing the living daylights out of their customers. Sprint seems to have grandfathered in old contracts, and they seem to only go after the worst abusers and cut them off. I really would like to see a mobile operator offer a 10GB plan as a competitive differentiator. None yet.
